20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Nurlu Makine started its journey in Istanbul in 1997 on a 200m² area. Currently Nurlu is manufacturing in 3 different locations on an area of approximately 20.000m². The company has been specialized in thermal break profiles production for thermal insulation of aluminum window and facade systems.
50+ PRODUCTION (EXTRUSION) LINES
As the factory in İstanbul is working at full capacity , we also commissioned two other factories in 2019 and increased our manufacturing capacity significantly. Thanks to 50+ production (extrusion) lines, we will continue to deliver your orders on time and will have the chance of introducing our brand to the new markets.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
If the profile you are looking for is not included in our standard products range, our tooling department is at your service to fulfill your requirements. In case of a new concept product development, a confidentiality (nondisclosure) agreement will ensure you to protect your design and application idea rights.
DESIGN SUPPORT
When we offer a thermal break, we theoretically test the compatibility of its foot geometry to your aluminum profiles by performing a thermal break assembly simulation.
Additionally, for custom designs, we share our suggestions about providing a better insulation.
OPTIMUM MATERIAL
In addition to our standard 25% glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66 GF25) material, we also manufacture high-end profiles with other materials (e.g. PVC, ABS, ASA) depending on your application and your request. We have over 400 different standard PVC profiles to fulfill your needs from a single source.
